A little bit about me...

I am blessed to have a loving husband and step-daugter. They both have been so healing and important on my life journey here and I am so grateful for all of them! I love to cook, garden, hike, paint, dance, read books, meditate, exercise, and spend time with family and friends.

Currently, I am in a master's program at the Universtiy of Phoenix to become an licensed Family and Marriage Theapist. I completed my bachelors degree at Cal Poly Humboldt in Interdisplinary Studies focusing on nutrition, kinesiology, and pyschology.
